Mountain Bridge is in the Heart of the Usery Mountain Pass truly beautiful area that is 20 minutes from the dock and restaurant at Saguaro Lake and about 35 minutes to dock and restaurant at Canyon Lake. Additionally, right off the 202 Highway in Mesa it is located only 25 minutes to the Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes to Williams Airport.

The Mountain Bridge Community is being build by Blandford, the owner/builder for Las Sendas a close sister community that took many years to complete due to the massive size of it being built around a golf course with beautiful country club, fitness center, pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, parks, paths, etc. You just have to take a drive through the Tuscany homes there to know that Mountain Bridge will expand on that flavor of architecture and level of country club style-living. Additionally there will be upscale shopping and restaurants added as the development progresses along with the Mountain Bridge Members Club offering Pools, Spa, Fitness, Tennis, and many trails for outdoor enjoyment.
